Build your plumbing foundations, then put them into practice fitting a bathroom in a full-size training bay. Learn in Deeside, North Wales, with a maximum of four learners and tools and training materials included.
The £1,295 package combines three days of plumbing essentials with five days of bathroom fitting. Complete the three-day course first, then choose your bathroom-fitting dates.
Designed for beginners, serious DIYers, property owners and career changers who want practical plumbing and bathroom-installation skills. You learn by doing, using real fittings and training rigs with an instructor alongside you.

Plastic push-fit, compression fittings and copper pipework; Yorkshire and end-feed soldering; flow-and-return rigs; radiators, TRVs, toilets, basins, taps and common leaks.
Safely remove the existing bathroom suite, plan the installation and prepare the bay. Practise first-fix water and waste pipework before starting the new suite.
Continue installing the bath, shower, toilet, basin and vanity unit. Fit shower boards, practise silicone finishing and check the completed installation for leaks and finishing quality.
Practical tasks may move within the timetable to suit the group's progress. All tools and training materials are included.
You practise the installation process in a full-size bathroom training bay: planning, water and waste pipework, fitting the suite, shower boards, silicone and checking for leaks. Mike gives you feedback as you work, so you can identify mistakes and improve.
The aim is to build practical confidence through doing the work yourself. Your starting skills and progress matter; a short course cannot guarantee you are ready for every bathroom or every customer’s job. Keep practising and build experience before taking on work beyond your ability.

With a maximum of four learners, you have time on the tools and direct feedback on your work. Training takes place at our dedicated Deeside centre, convenient for learners travelling from Chester, Flintshire and across North Wales.

No. The package covers practical plumbing and bathroom fitting. It does not train or qualify you to carry out gas work.
No prior plumbing experience is required for the complete eight-day package. The first three days cover the practical plumbing foundation before the five-day bathroom-fitting course.
