Gift voucher questions
Does a voucher reserve a course place?
No. The recipient books their place separately. All dates are subject to availability, so we recommend booking once they know when they can attend.
How do they use the code?
Choose an available date on our courses page, continue to the Shopify checkout and enter the unique gift-card code. The credit is applied to the order. Any remaining credit stays on the same gift card for a later booking.
What does the £550 gift include?
One place on our 3-Day Complete Plumbing Course. If the online price changes before they book, contact Mike so we can honour the full-course gift.
Do the vouchers expire?
No. Gift cards do not expire. Course dates still need to be booked and are subject to availability.
Can they use it for a bathroom fitting course?
Yes, as a contribution. Course entry requirements still apply: the 5-Day Bathroom Fitting Course requires our 3-day course or equivalent experience. Ask Mike before booking if unsure.
Can I print it or add a personal message?
You can print the digital gift-card page from the email and write your own message. The unique paid gift-card code is what holds the value; a printed design on its own cannot be redeemed.
What if they already paid a deposit?
Contact Mike before paying again, so the voucher can be applied to the correct remaining balance.
